Erwin Wurm Photographs

A collection of works by Austrian artist Erwin Wurm.

This book was published in conjunction with the artist's first retrospective, organized and held by Maison Européenne de la Photographie (MEP) from March to June 2020. It explores the breadth of Wurm's practice from a new perspective, bringing together around 600 photographs taken from the late 1980s to the present, as well as original contact sheets and previously unpublished prints from Wurm's archives. It examines the production process of many of Wurm's major works and series, from Dust Sculptures and Fabio Getting Dressed to his signature One-Minute Sculptures, and also covers his latest large-scale Polaroid photo series.
