Refund Policy

Except in cases where an item is defective upon arrival, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers residing in the EU have the right to cancel and return their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the return shipping costs.

Please note that if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if any damage attributable to the customer is found, we may deduct the corresponding reduction in value from the refund amount.
