About 15 years ago, small independent publishers appeared one after another, and there was a revival of the RISOGRAPH, a digital printer that made use of the principle of a stencil printer. Artists and designers around the world installed RISO printers in their studios to produce small print runs without the expense and constraints of big publishers. Small publishers in Latin America still print primarily using Risographs because of their low cost. Not only does the primitive stencil printing process allow for a wide range of colors, but the use of spot colors and large-hole masters also creates a handcrafted feel with interesting visual effects. A book that allows you to enjoy the elements and charm of risograph colors, paper, file preparation, printing, processing, etc., along with graphical tricks.
