This is all thanks to the support of everyone who regularly supports our activities. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
Although it is a small thing, we will be running a campaign in our stores and online store as a token of our appreciation.
6th Anniversary Campaign Event period: Saturday, May 13th, 19:00 - Sunday, May 28th, 24:00
【over the counter】 Details: Archival book covers, which are normally provided for a fee, will be provided free of charge to anyone who requests them, for up to six books. Eligibility: Customers who purchase one or more collections during the period in-store or online. *We can also cover collections purchased in the past, but only for titles purchased through IACK.
This year, as in previous years, we hope to not only explore various ways of engaging with and enjoying the works, but also the possibility of archiving on an individual scale.
We hope to receive your continued kindness in the future.
IACK has always covered books to protect them, but in consideration of longer-term preservation, we are now using acid-free book covers, which are less likely to affect paper and deteriorate over time. For old and rare booksI decided to hang it up.
Basically, the above titles are eligible, but if you have a request, we can also provide other titles purchased in-store or online for a fee. Please wait a while for the online store to respond.
There are probably a lot of people who buy books but feel it would be a shame to open them, or hesitate to pick up a rare book. It may seem like a small thing, but by providing protection, you will be able to pick up your precious books with a little more confidence, and we think that this will increase the frequency with which you read them.
IACK intends to create an environment where people can enjoy artworks more closely and to explore the possibility of archiving artworks on an individual basis for future generations.
When you receive the book with the cover, please feel free to use it as a book cover.
