Exhibition information: Sunday Afternoon * One year of Keijiban editions

IACK will be holding an exhibition to commemorate the first anniversary of Keijiban, an art project that involves holding exhibitions and producing accompanying original works on a bulletin board that IACK has installed itself in Takaoka-cho, Kanazawa City.

"Keijiban" is an art project launched in 2021 in Kanazawa City by Olivier Mignon, co-founder of the Belgian Art Platform (SIC) and editor-in-chief of the magazine "A/R," where he is currently based. With the unique concept of presenting works by international artists on a "bulletin board," which is normally a place to disseminate local information, Keijiban plans exhibitions and produces original works every month, and has collaborated with many important artists, from big names to young artists, including Jacqueline Mesmacker, Batia Suter, Ryan Gander, and Lawrence Weiner. During the event, only those who visit the bulletin board can view and purchase the works, and the concept is thoroughly implemented down to the smallest detail, with the exhibition views and the purchase page for the works being posted online only at the end of the event.

This exhibition, titled "Sunday afternoon * One year of Keijiban editions," will be held at IACK, located in the same town and which also held an exhibition by Aglaia Conrad last year, and will display and sell original edition works by 12 artists that "keijiban" has created over the past year.

Olivier Mignon, founder of "keijiban", will be present during the exhibition to guide visitors. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the unique worldview of the project and the works of important artists all in one place, so please come and visit.
