A collection of works by Swiss artist duo Taiyo Onorato & Nico Krebs.

This work was created during a road trip that Onorato and Krebs took in the United States for several months. The combination of America and road trips is a long-standing tradition in American photography, and when we think of Swiss people taking a road trip in America, Robert Frank's historical masterpiece "The Americans" comes to mind. However, Onorato and Krebs did not simply document the state of America in accordance with tradition, but created this work as a homage to the image of the "American landscape" that photographers have built up until now. By directly tracing the masterpieces in the history of American photography and combining them with processing and setup techniques, it seems as if they are mocking the vague concepts of the American landscape and road trip as being in fact the Great Unreal that has been shaped by photography.

This is one of the most important works in the recent history of photography and has been republished three times. This book is the second of these three editions.
