Pipilotti Rist: Apricots Along the Street
A collection of works by Swiss artist Pipilotti Rist.
Pipilotti Rist's exhibition at the Reina Sofía was her first solo exhibition in Spain and was made up of five video installations. Video monitors, music, scene-forming objects and projectors were the basic elements of these five installations, symbolizing the essence of her work and the latest in her ever-evolving artist. This book presents Rist's diverse oeuvre, including stills from the videos, as well as illustrations, graphic works and poetry. In addition to a large number of works shot in Japan, the book is packed with stickers and inserts, creating a sort of artist's book that invites reader interaction.
A masterpiece that shows the experimental spirit of Swiss craftsman SCALO.
