131 Variations by Fleur van Dodewaard
A collection of works by Dutch photographer Fleur van Dodewaard.
The book was created as a homage to the American conceptual artist Sol LeWitt. Dodewald set out to recreate and photograph LeWitt's work in order to create an exact copy. In the process, however, some cubes were lost and others became double or had previously unknown variations. In this work, the artist demonstrates that the 122 variations enumerated and presented by LeWitt do not represent the entire spectrum of possible possibilities.
A postcard is included.
