Marfa Journal Issue 16

The 16th issue of Marfa Journal, a fashion/culture magazine run by London-based Russian photographer Alexandra Gordienko.

As Gordienko says that when he picks up the magazine a few months after its publication, he wants to bring back memories and episodes during the production*, this book is written by the editor. It also has the aspect of an extremely personal travel record. Combined with his individuality, he has won many fans with his boldness and charm that sets him apart from so-called fashion/culture magazines. This time, we have prepared 7 different cover designs. This book uses one cut from Nigel Shafran's darkroom tour special for the cover.
