The Gould Collection Volume 2 by Saul Leiter & Paul Auster
This is the second in a series of books that has been produced since 2016 in memory of French photo book collector Christophe Crison, who passed away in 2015.
This book combines 58 photographs, including some unpublished works, taken between 1947 and 1970 by American photographer Saul Leiter with the short story "It Ain't Going to Swing" by Paul Auster, one of America's leading novelists. Reflections on New York, the rhythm of the city, the people and places that live there. The photographs and stories of these two writers who have beautifully depicted New York come together in this book.
Translated by Shibata Motoyuki.
