Like the solo exhibition "Memoire. Love's Revenge, Separated Together..." held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography around the same time, this book marks the end of the "Mémoires" series commissioned in 1989. , produced as the fifth and final "Mémoires" . Unlike his recent "Mémoires", which has been developed with Furuya's reminiscences and Christine's memoirs in between, the technique of interweaving portraits and various photographs, as in the early days, and "alive"< Like t2>, it is a composition that balances the existence of Furuya as a living person.
