Aive by sex position Furuya
This is a collection of works produced as a catalog for Furuya's solo exhibition "alive," which was held at the Albertina in Vienna from March 26th to August 29th, 2004.
Although the book includes representative works, including portraits of Christine, which have been included in previous collections, this book begins with photos taken in Okinawa and his hometown of Izu in the 1970s before Furuya moved to Europe, and ends with many pages devoted to photos taken after Christine's death. Unlike previous collections, this collection is structured to focus on Furuya's life as a living person.
