Roma Publications

Due to their scale, permanence, and site specificity, the Denver mosaics have a spatial effect that is closely linked to architecture, and the many that would later play an important role in Heyvart's artistic two-dimensional and sculptural work. embodying the elements. Heyvart's stay in the United States marked a transformational period that began the transition from architect to artist, and this mosaic is considered the most important work produced during this period, although its isolated location in the suburbs of Denver has attracted attention until recently. I seldom bathed in AVDAK (academisch ontwerpbureau Architectuur Voor Door en Als Kunst), a design office affiliated with the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium, has arranged for Heyvart's solo exhibition to be held at the M Leuven museum in Leuven, Belgium. This book, which is a spin-off work produced based on the research, reproduces the actual mosaic wall by dividing it into four parts: the upper left half and the lower half, and the upper right half and the lower half.
