A collection of works by Japanese photographer Takuma Nakahira.
In 1971, Nakahira participated in the Paris Youth Biennale, an international exhibition for young artists. He carried out a one-week experimental project called Circulation: Date, Place, Events, in which he filmed on site and exhibited it on the same day. The streets of Paris, the people and cars that come and go, various printed materials, my own works on display and those of other artists, subway stations, news articles distributed on teletypes, images from TV, and hotel rooms. Nakahira indiscriminately recorded everything he encountered in Paris, such as the breakfast that was brought to him and the underwear that he dried, and exhibited them on the same day.
However, due to a dispute with the organizer, the exhibition ended two days before the end of the exhibition, when the prints were torn off and the work was removed.
