Assemblage 6, Unlearning by Faye Toogood
A collection of works by Faye Toogood, a British artist/designer and co-founder of the fashion brand Toogood.
The book features around 300 models of chairs, lamps, stools, sofa beds and more, all made from everyday materials found in Toogood's studio, such as wire, cardboard, tape and canvas. These models, which are the purest expression of ideas, are an essential part of the Toogood collection. The book begins with a short story by Man Booker Prize-nominated British novelist Sophie Mackintosh, and ends with an essay by American independent curator and writer Glenn Adamson.
