Grass by Michele Tagliaferri

A collection of works by Italian photographer Michele Tagliaferri.

All photographs, by their very nature, are created to reproduce some kind of image. Faces, stories and landscapes are all framed and permanently affixed to the four corners of the print. But how wonderful it would be if, by somehow opening up these four corners, we could destroy the borders of the photograph and return the image to its original world. All things, people, and images are confined to a form with four corners, but if you manage to scratch the surface that surrounds it, you can grasp the energy stored within. Become. An invincible energy that creates, transforms and destroys the life that surrounds us. The photographs included in this work, "GRASS," are searching for this energy as we are.
