A collection of works by French-Swiss artist Corinne Vionnet.

Since 2005, Corinne Vionnet has been working on mass tourism and the mass circulation of images. This work follows on from the signature series that made her famous. After studying several tourist destinations, Vionnet turned to one of the most photographed cities, discovering numerous places and monuments that generate a continuous stream of images. The Swiss artist transforms the material of stylized snapshots of places that are often posted on social networks. Her images, which give no indication of the great effort that went into their creation - archival research, crowdsourcing and collage - raise questions about our collective memory and tourist behavior: why do we always take and share the same photos?
