This book is a visual novel that revolves around the author's uncle, Concetto, who was born in Sicily in 1921. The photographs, reconstructed from family albums, were taken by the author and Concetto's family and friends, and depict the people, places, and events that colored many scenes in his life. The passage of time spanning more than 50 years involving various characters robs the reader of the coordinates of the time axis on which they project themselves, as well as the perspective and identity of specific characters, creating a new story.
