Les Infamies Photographiques De Sigmer Polke

This is a collection of photographs by Sigmar Polke, who is known as one of Germany's leading contemporary artists overseas, along with Gerhard Richter, Anselm Kiefer, and Georg Baselitz.

The book contains previously unpublished works from 1970 to 1986, and was published in conjunction with an exhibition held at the gallery Le Bal in Paris. It shows how German contemporary artists of the 1970s approached the medium of photography and how they sublimated it into their works.
