A collection of works by American artist Judith Eisler.

Eisler creates paintings and drawings based on photographs of scenes from paused movies, asking the viewer whether light is a substance or merely a process. By combining the characteristics of painting, where the accumulation of medium directly indicates the overlapping of time, with the flat time axis of photography, he produces unique images that seem to move between fiction and reality.
