Reality Check: Recent Developments in British Photography and Video

2002年10月24日から11月24日にかけて、ロンドンのフォトグラファーズ・ギャラリー（The Photographers' Gallery）で開催された同名の展覧会に合わせて出版された展示カタログ。
シンガーソングライター／キュレーターのケイト・ブッシュ（Kate Bush）、そしてフォトグラファーズ・ギャラリーのディレクターであるブレット・ロジャース（Brett Rogers）のキュレーションのもと、当展はブリティッシュ・カウンシル（British Council）とフォトグラファーズ・ギャラリーが初めて共同で企画を行う展覧会として開催された。「現実の再現や視覚的な再生、あるいは綿密な観察や執拗な記録を通して、カメラが現実の経験を詩的な領域へと変換する能力を持つという信念」を共有する16名のイギリス人アーティストたちの作品を通して、本展は「クールブリタニア（Cool Britannia）」と騒がれた90年代が幕を閉じた後のイギリスの写真／映像表現の現状を調査する。
2002年から翌2003年にかけて、本展はスロベニア、クロアチア、チェコ、ポーランド、そしてラトヴィアを巡回した。
